Strain description

A mouse strain in which Trp53 is knocked out by genome editing (CRISPR/Cas9). Guide RNAs were set at two locations (Exons 4 and 5) in the Trp53 gene, and a part of the coding sequence was deleted. The strain is expected to be used as a model for oncology and pulmonary fibrosis.
