Alb-hSIK3 TG mice are transgenic mice with liver-specific expression of a protein kinase, SIK3, which belongs to AMP dependent protein kinase (AMPK) family. This strain is useful for research of liver metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids. There are two lines: Alb-hSIK3 TG B and Alb-hSIK3 TG C. |
