Strain description

This strain is a transgenic line expressing a CAG-promotor-driven, negative-control-type förster (or fluorescence) resonance energy transfer (FRET) biosensor (AKAREV-NC) lacking monitoring activity for PKA kinase activity. For clearer observations, the strain has been produced by C57BL/6 with albino and hairless mutations.
