Mouse strain in which exon of CD72 gene is floxed (sandwiched by two loxP sites). By crossing with Cre mice, we can produce mice in which the CD72 gene has been knocked out. CD72 knockout mice develop a relatively severe SLE-like autoimmune disease. |
