Strain description

Mice in which Fcgr2b, Fcgr3, and Fcgr4, which constitute the receptor protein for the Fc site of the immunoglobulin molecule, were knocked out at once. Guide RNAs were set in two places so as to sandwich all three genes, and the nucleotides between them was deleted by genome editing. It is useful for the study of acquired immunity.
