Strain description hairless 4C30

4C30 mouse strain (dilated cardiomyopathy model) with a hairless feature by the introduction of Hr gene knock out. Small deletion was introduced in Exon 8 of the Hr gene by genome editing. Since the strain has no hair coat, there is an advantage that echocardiography is easily performed with this strain.
