Strain description |
Knockout mice of hemopoietic cell kinase (HCK), a protein tyrosine kinase belonging to the Src family. The Hck gene was created by setting gRNAs at two locations, Exon 2 and Exon 6, and deleting the gap between them by genome editing. It is expected to be used as a model for myeloproliferative disorders and pulmonary fibrosis. |
