Strain description |
Transgenic mice that systemically express human lipocalin-type prostaglandin synthase (L-PGDS). Three sublines are available (#B-7, #B-17, #B20). The mice are useful for studying the function of L-PGDS, which is abundant in the cerebrospinal fluid of mammals. |
