Strain description |
This strain is specifically expressing human SIK3 under the control of col11a2 promoter/enhancer in cartilage. These mice are closed growth plate earlier after birth. Incidentally, this strain is able to rescue the phenotype of fetal cartilage in SIK3 knockout mouse. |
