Strain description |
SOCS-5 Tg/line5-1 mice overexpress SOCS-5 under the control of β-actin promoter in whole body. It's said that SOCS-5 participate with control of helper T Cell differentiation through cytokine signal regulation. It also reported immuno response anomaly in this strain. |
