Strain description

A mouse strain in which the Tnfrsf1b gene was knocked out by genome editing (CRISPR / Cas9). It was created by setting gRNAs at two exons 2 and 3 of the Tnfrsf1b gene and deleting the middle part of the coding region. The Tnfrsf1b gene is involved in pulmonary fibrosis as well as TNF-induced inflammatory and immune responses. This strain is useful for studying these diseases.
