Strain description |
Transient receptor potential cation channel (TRP), subfamily V, member 2 (TRPV2) is a Ca2+-permeable TRP channel. Its pathophysiological roles are still unknown. This strain is a conditional knockout mouse homozygous for floxed TRPV2 alleles (TRPV2FL/FL). Crosses of this strain with Cre mice produce TRPV2-knockout mice. |
