The D2.ICGN-Tenc1 mice are congenic mice carrying mutated Tenc1 (Tensin2) with DBA/2J genetic background. The mutated Tenc1 was derived from ICGN mice (nbio004). The D2.ICGN-Tenc1 strain is useful as a mouse model for kidney diseases. |
