Knockout mice of the Eif2b1 gene, one of the causative genes of progressive leukoencephalopathy. Exons 3 and 4 of the Eif2b1 gene were deleted by applying two guide RNAs simultaneously to introns 2 and 4 of the Eif2b1 gene. It is useful in the study of progressive leukoencephalopathy. |
