Strain description

Mice in which Eif2b5, one of the causative genes of progressive leukoencephalopathy, was knocked out by genome editing. This strain was created by setting gRNA at two locations in the Eif2b5 gene and deleting Exons 3 to 7. This strain may be useful as a model of progressive leukoencephalopathy.
