Strain description |
Lck-Cre mice are transgenic mice expressing specifically Cre recombinase in T-cell and used for tissue specific gene disruption. Lck proximal promoter is used to regulate T-cell specific expression. This strain is available for the research of immune system related to T-cell. It's very likely that transgene is inserted into chromosome 7 because of linkage with tyrosinase gene. |
