Knockout mice of the Mlc1 gene, one of the causative genes of progressive leukoencephalopathy, were generated by deleting exons 2 and 3 by setting guide RNAs in intron 1 and intron 3 of the Mlc1 gene and acting on them simultaneously. It is useful for the study of progressive leukoencephalopathy. |
