Strain description

MPS strain, which is derived from Yok:ICR, is more sensitive to Mycoplasma pulmonis than ICR, ddY and other mouse strains. This strain may be useful for experiments of M. pneumoniae infection, especially for the analysis of strain differences in susceptibility to M. pneumoniae infection.
