Strain description

NDRG1flox mice are introduced three loxP sites flanking exon 1 of NDRG1 gene and neomycin resistant gene cassette. This strain is possible to delete NDRG1 gene by crossing with Cre expressing mice. It's possible to inactivate NDRG1 stage- or tissue-specifically by selecting different promoter inducing to express Cre recombinase. Please refer to section ofNDRG1 KOmice (nbio062).
