Strain description

The neuregulin-1 (Type III) KO mice are knockout mice deficient for type III of Neureglin-1 gene. Heterozygous KO (+/−) mice are apparently normal and fertile. The strain is useful for studying the peripheral nerve development and organogenesis of hearts.
