Strain description |
The loxP-Rap1GAPII-Tg mice are transgenic mice overexpressing FLAG-Tagged human Rap1GAPII. This strain were produced using pCAGNL5 vector and CAG promoter. This strain expresses FLAG-Tagged human Rap1GAPII by mating with Cre expressing mice. Rap1GAPII inhibits low molecular G-protein rap1 activity. |
