Strain description

The skDNTRPV2-TG mice are transgenic mice with skeletal-muscle-specific expression of channel-pore mutant proteins (E604K) of transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 2 (TRPV2). The mice are useful for studying a role of TRPV2 in skeletal muscles.
