Strain description

TP53-induced glycolysis and apoptosis regulator (TIGAR, a.k.a., Trp53 induced glycolysis regulatory phosphatase) modulates cardiac metabolism. The TIGAR KO mice are knockout mice for the Tigar gene and useful for analyzing the gene function in heart failure. Mice for conditional KO are also available.
