Translin KO mice are knockout miceĀ deleted for all exons of mouse Translin gene in the genomic DNA (full-length ; 10.5 kb, geneGeneBank X81464).

These mice are observed remarkable lymphopenia in childhood. Then, these mice after approximately 8-10 weeks oldĀ are serious bone marrow failure decreasing young myeloid cell and erythroblast in the bone marrow, and observed splenomegaly occurred in chronic myelogenous leukemia or myelofibrosis.
