Strain description |
Salt Inducible Kinase 3 (Sik3) is a protein kinase belonging to AMP-dependent kinase family. The Sik3-flox mice have floxed Sik3 alleles and can be used for production of conditional knockout mice for Sik3 gene. We can provide a strain (nbio353) from which the Neo cassette has been removed by mating with Flippase-expressing mice. |
